针刺蝶腭神经节(新吾穴)治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效观察

Effect of needling sphenopalatine ganglion (Xinwu point) on allergic rhinitis

目的 研究过敏性鼻炎(AR)使用针刺蝶腭神经节(新吾穴)治疗的临床效果。方法 自2019年1月~2020年12月在本院门诊选取250例AR患者,使用随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组、对照组,均为125例,分别采取针刺蝶腭神经节(新吾穴)治疗、常规治疗,对比两组治疗后临床效果。结果 对比对照组,治疗组总有效率较高(P<0.05);治疗前两组血清总IgE(IgE)、血清特异性IgE(sIgE)、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)与鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分对比无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组均较低(P<0.05)。结论 对AR患者给予针刺蝶腭神经节(新吾穴)治疗可提升治疗效果,加快患者恢复速度,降低血清中IgE抗体含量,改善预后,提升患者生活质量,值得借鉴。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion (Xinwu point) for allergic rhinitis (AR).Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,250 AR patients were selected from the outpatient department of our hospital.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,125 patients in both groups were treated by acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion (Xinwu point) and conventional treatment respectively,and the clinical effects of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the total effective rate in treatment group was higher (P < 0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in total serum IgE(IgE),serum specific IgE(sIgE),peripheral blood eosinophil (EOS) scores and rhconjunctivitis related quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ) scores between the two groups (P > 0.05).After treatment,the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglia (Xinwu point) for AR patients can improve the therapeutic effect,speed up the recovery of patients,reduce the serum IgE antibody content,improve the prognosis and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of reference.
