TPF化疗联合平消胶囊用于局部晚期喉癌治疗中的临床疗效

Clinical effect of TPF chemotherapy combined with Pingxiao capsule in the treatment of locally advanced laryngeal cancer

目的探究局部晚期喉癌治疗中应用TPF化疗(5-氟尿嘧啶+顺铂+多西他赛)联合平消胶囊的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的72例局部晚期喉癌患者随机分成2组,每组36例。单独进行TPF化疗的患者属于对照组,进行TPF化疗联合平消胶囊治疗的患者属于实验组,对比两种治疗方案对患者的产生的疗效差异。结果实验组的ORR、CBR分别为77.78%、91.67%,显著高于对照组的55.56%、72.22%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且实验组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组腹泻、肝功能受损、恶心呕吐、血小板减少、白细胞减少发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论局部晚期喉癌治疗中应用TPF化疗联合平消胶囊可提升临床疗效,改善患者免疫功能,且用药安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of TPF chemotherapy(5-fluorouracil+cisplatin+docetaxel)combined with Pingxiao capsule in the treatment of locally advanced laryngeal cancer.Methods 72 patients with locally advanced laryngeal cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 36 cases in each group.Patients who received TPF chemotherapy alone belonged to the control group,and those who received TPF chemotherapy combined with Pingxiao Capsule belonged to the experimental group.The difference in efficacy between the two treatment options on patients was compared.Results The ORR and CBR of the experimental group were 77.78%and 91.67%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the 55.56%and 72.22%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CD4^(+),CD3,CD4/CD8in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of diarrhea,liver function impairment,nausea and vomiting,thrombocytopenia,and leukopenia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of TPF chemotherapy combined with Pingxiao capsule in the treatment of locally advanced laryngeal cancer can enhance the clinical efficacy,improve the patient’s immune function,and the medication is safe and reliable.
