对喉癌患者开展延续性护理对其自我护理能力评分及生活质量评分的改善作用

Effect of continuous nursing on self-care ability score and quality of life score of patients with laryngeal cancer

目的 分析延续性护理对喉癌患者的应用效果。方法 以我院在2019年6月至2021年6月收治的60例喉癌患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用延续性护理,对比两组患者心理状态、自我护理能力、生活质量改善情况。结果 观察组患者出院3个月后SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,自护能力评分和生活质量评分显著高于对照组,两组对比P<0.05。结论 对喉癌患者实行延续性护理干预有助于缓解其负面情绪,提升其自护能力和生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on patients with laryngeal cancer.Methods 60 patients with laryngeal cancer treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The improvement of psychological state,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Three months after discharge,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the scores of self-care ability and quality of life were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for patients with laryngeal cancer is helpful to alleviate their negative emotions and improve their self-care ability and quality of life.
