人性化护理在新生儿听力筛查中的应用效果、护理依从性影响探讨

Discussion on the application effect and nursing compliance of humanized nursing in neonatal hearing screening

目的 探析人性化护理在新生儿听力筛查中的应用效果及对护理依从性的影响。方法 截取我院于2019年7月-2021年7月期间接受新生儿听力筛查护理的60例患儿视为观察对象,按抽签法随机划分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予人性化护理;对比两组的听力筛查初次通过率以及护理前后的依从性评分,比较护理效果。结果 实验组的听力筛查初次通过率高于对照组;护理前两组的合作型评分、畏惧型评分及强制型评分都优于对照组;实验组的总有效率高于对照组,差异较大,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人性化护理在新生儿听力筛查中取得了显著的效果,提高了听力筛查初次通过率,增强了患儿的检查依从性,应用价值较高,值得应用和推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in neonatal hearing screening and its impact on nursing compliance.Methods 60 children who received neonatal hearing screening nursing in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into two groups according to the method of drawing lots.The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given humanized nursing;The first pass rate of hearing screening and the compliance score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The first pass rate of hearing screening in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group;Before nursing,the cooperative score,fear score and compulsive score of the two groups were better than those of the control group;The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing has achieved remarkable results in neonatal hearing screening,improved the first pass rate of hearing screening,and enhanced the examination compliance of children.It has high application value and is worthy of application and promotion.
