心理护理模式对慢性咽喉炎患者治疗依从性、舒适度的促进效果

The effect of psychological nursing model on the treatment compliance and comfort of patients with chronic pharyngitis

目的 研究心理护理模式对慢性咽喉炎患者治疗依从性、舒适度的促进效果。方法 本次研究对象为2020年3月至2021年2月期间在本院就诊的76例慢性咽喉炎患者,按照护理方法的不同进行分组,对照组38例予以心理护理,观察组38例在其基础上强化心理护理。将两组的情绪评分、治疗依从性、舒适度进行比对。结果 观察组患者干预后的SAS评分、SDS评分、BCS评分均低于对照组,治疗依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性咽喉炎患者实施心理护理能够改善其情绪状态,有助于患者治疗依从性以及舒适度的提升。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing model on the treatment compliance and comfort of patients with chronic pharyngitis.Methods The subjects of this study were 76 patients with chronic pharyngitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to February 2021.They were divided into groups according to different nursing methods.38 patients in the control group received psychological care,and 38 patients in the observation group received psychological care.On its basis,psychological care is strengthened.The emotional score,treatment compliance,and comfort of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS score,SDS score,and BCS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the treatment compliance was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological care for patients with chronic pharyngitis can improve their emotional state,and help them improve their treatment compliance and comfort.
