支气管哮喘急性发作合并急性上呼吸道感染患者护理风险的管理效果分析

Analysis of nursing risk management effect in patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma complicated with acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的 分析支气管哮喘急性发作合并急性上呼吸道感染患者采用护理风险管理的价值。方法 筛选60例支气管哮喘并呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,60例患者均选自2019年4月~2021年4月区间,并按“随机法”分2组(每组30例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用护理风险管理,对比2组护理满意度、护理质量。结果 观察组护理满意度(97.24±1.48)高于对照组(t值为18.212,P<0.05);护理质量(96.34±2.46分)高于对照组(t值为14.523,P<0.05)。结论 选择护理风险管理对支气管哮喘并呼吸道感染患者进行护理可改善其护理质量,亦可提高患者对医务人员工作满意度,值得参考。

Objective To analyze the value of nursing risk management in patients with acute bronchial asthma and acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods Sixty patients with bronchial asthma and respiratory tract infection were selected as the research object.The 60 patients were selected from the interval from April 2019 to April 2021,and were divided into 2 groups (30 cases in each group) according to the “random method”,the control group Routine nursing was adopted,and the observation group adopted nursing risk management,and the nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (97.24±1.48) was higher than that of the control group (t value 18.212,P<0.05);the nursing quality (96.34±2.46 points) was higher than that of the control group (t value 14.523,P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing nursing risk management to care for patients with bronchial asthma and respiratory tract infection can improve the quality of their care,and can also increase the satisfaction of patients with medical staff.It is worthy of reference.
