中医情志护理在老年听力障碍保健人群中的应用现状及思考

Application status and thinking of TCM emotional nursing in elderly hearing impairment health care population

目的 探究中医情志护理在老年听力障碍保健人群中的应用现状。方法 抽选我院近一年来院体检保健人群的90例老年听力障碍患者作为研究对象,按密封信封法将其等分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在此基础上引入中医情志护理,对比两组相关临床指标。结果 实验组护理后纯音气导听阈值均明显低于对照组(P<0.001);实验组干预后SDS SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 予以老年听力障碍保健人群实施中医情志护理可有效缓解患者的负面情绪,值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application status of TCM emotional nursing in elderly people with hearing impairment.Method A selection of 90 elderly hearing impaired patients from our hospital for physical examination and health care in the past year were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the sealed envelope method.The control group used conventional nursing care,and the experimental group was introduced on this basis TCM emotional nursing,compare the related clinical indicators of the two groups.Results The pure tone air conduction hearing threshold after nursing in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.001);the SDS SAS score of the experimental group after intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of TCM emotional care for elderly people with hearing impairment can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
