护理干预在反流性咽喉炎患者中的应用有效性及作用研究

Study on the effectiveness and effect of nursing intervention in patients with reflux pharyngitis

目的 研究反流性咽喉炎(LPR)患者行综合护理干预的效果。方法 数据遴选本院2020年1月~2021年9月收治的84例LPR患者,“随机数字表法”分参照组(传统护理,n=42)、综合组(综合护理干预,n=42),2组护理效果比较分析。结果 干预前比较2组生活质量、心理情绪无差异,P>0.05;干预后与参照组比较,综合组SF-36评分更高;SAS、SDS评分更低;症状消退时间更短;综合组满意率(97.14%)高于参照组(80.00%),χ^(2)=4.480;P=0.034,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论 反流性咽喉炎患者行综合护理干预可提高生活质量、改善负性情绪,减缓不适症状、提高满意度,值得推崇。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with reflux pharyngitis(LPR).Methods The data selected 84 patients with LPR admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021,and were divided into control group(traditional nursing,n=42)and observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention,n=42)by“random number table method”,a comparative analysis of the nursing effects of the two groups.Results There was no difference in the quality of life and psychological emotion between the two groups before the intervention,P>0.05;after the intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher SF-36 score;SAS and SDS scores were lower;the time for symptom resolution was shorter;the observation group The satisfaction rate(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),χ^(2)=4.480;P=0.034,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with reflux pharyngitis can improve the quality of life,improve negative emotions,alleviate discomfort symptoms,and improve satisfaction,which is worthy of praise.
