综合护理干预在小儿上呼吸道感染护理中的效果观察

Observation on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children with upper respiratory tract infection

目的 探究综合护理干预在小儿上呼吸道感染护理中的效果。方法 选择2020年11月~2021年11月期间就诊于本单位的小满意度儿上呼吸道感染患者共120例,给予回顾性研究,将开展常规护理的60例患儿设为对照组,将开展综合护理干预的60例患儿设为研究组。组间对比患儿家长满意度、治疗依从率、症状缓解时间。结果 研究组发热、咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难等症状的缓解时间均短于对照组,统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。研究组的患儿家长满意度(98.33%)高于对照组(88.33%),统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗依从率(96.67%)高于对照组(76.67%),统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论 为小儿上呼吸道感染患者应用综合护理干预可以加快其症状缓解速度,提高患儿家长对护理工作的满意程度以及患儿的治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 120 pediatric patients with upper respiratory tract infection who visited our unit from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected for a retrospective study,60 children who received routine care were set as the control group,and those who received comprehensive nursing intervention were selected as the control group.60 patients were set as the study group.The parent satisfaction,treatment adherence rates,symptom relief time,and hospital stay were compared between groups.Results The remission time of symptoms such as fever,cough,sputum,dyspnea and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).The parent satisfaction of the children in the study group (98.33%) was higher than that in the control group (88.33%),and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the study group (96.67%) was higher than that of the control group (76.67%),and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention for children with upper respiratory tract infection can speed up the remission of symptoms,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve the satisfaction of parents of children with nursing work and the compliance of children with treatment.
