摘要
目的 探究低温等离子射频消融术对小儿慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大的治疗效果。方法 选择2019年1月~2020年12月期间在本院治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大的80例小儿患者,给予回顾性研究,将采取常规药物疗法的40例患儿设为对照组,将加行低温等离子射频消融术的40例患儿设为研究组。对比两组患儿的治疗效果以及治疗前后的鼻腔容积、最小横截面积、鼻腔最小横截面积到前鼻孔距离。结果 研究组治疗前的鼻腔容积、最小横截面积、鼻腔最小横截面积到前鼻孔距离均与对照组接近,统计学对比无差异(P>0.05);研究组治疗后的鼻腔容积、最小横截面积均大于对照组,鼻腔最小横截面积到前鼻孔距离短于对照组,统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率(92.50%)高于对照组(62.50%),统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论 低温等离子射频消融术治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大效果显著。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation on children with chronic sinusitis and adenoid hypertrophy.Methods A retrospective study was performed on80 children with chronic sinusitis and adenoid hypertrophy who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,and 40 children who received conventional drug therapy were set as the control group,40 children who underwent low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation were selected as the research group.The treatment effect,nasal volume,minimum cross-sectional area,and distance from the minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity to the anterior nostril were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The nasal volume,minimum cross-sectional area,and the distance from the minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity to the anterior nostril in the study group before treatment were all close to those in the control group,and there was no statistical difference (P>0.05).The cross-sectional area was larger than that of the control group,and the distance from the minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity to the anterior nostril was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group (92.50%)was higher than that of the control group (62.50%),and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation is effective in the treatment of children with chronic sinusitis with adenoid hypertrophy.
