护理干预对突发性耳聋患者护理效果以及护理满意度探讨

Nursing effect of nursing intervention on patients with sudden deafness and nursing satisfaction

目的 评价护理干预对突发性耳聋患者的护理效果以及护理满意度。方法 病例选取区间为2021年2月~2022年1月,从我耳鼻喉科收治的突发性耳聋患者中抽选出72例展开系统调查,按照随机单盲法为原则分组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,每组各36例,评价比较两组护理满意度、心理状态和生活质量。结果 相较于对照组,观察组对护理的总满意度明显更高,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);护理前的心理状态评分差异P>0.05,护理后观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分明显比对照组低,统计结果P<0.05;观察组患者护理后的各方面生活质量评分显著高于对照组,对比差异有意义,P<0.05。结论 给予突发性耳聋患者实施综合护理干预不仅能缓解其不良情绪,满足患者的临床需求,还能积极改善其生活质量,促使患者尽早康复出院。

Objective To evaluate the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of nursing intervention on patients with sudden deafness.Methods The case selection interval was from February 2021 to January 2022,and 72 cases of sudden deafness patients admitted to our ENT department were selected for systematic investigation,and grouped according to the principle of random single-blind method,and the control group was implemented Routine nursing,comprehensive nursing intervention in the observation group,36 cases in each group,evaluation and comparison of nursing satisfaction,psychological state and quality of life between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher total satisfaction with nursing,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the difference in the psychological state score before nursing was P>0.05,and the anxiety and depression of the observation group after nursing The score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the statistical result P<0.05;the quality of life scores of the patients in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with sudden deafness can not only relieve their negative emotions,meet the clinical needs of patients,but also actively improve their quality of life,and promote patients to recover and discharge as soon as possible.
