离散选择实验用于结直肠癌筛查偏好的国际研究进展

The International Research Process of Analyzing the Stated Preference for Colorectal Cancer Screening by Discrete Choice Experiments

目的系统回顾离散选择实验用于结直肠癌筛查偏好的研究,总结影响目标人群参与结肠癌筛查的主要因素,归纳梳理实验设计与分析方法信息,为国内今后开展结直肠癌筛查工作提供理论依据。方法计算机检索Web of Science、PsycINFO、EMbase、PubMed、Scopus、中国期刊全文数据库和万方数据知识服务平台数据库,搜集国内外公开发表的利用离散选择实验研究结直肠癌筛查偏好的文献,检索时限均为建库至2020年12月31日。结果共纳入33篇文献。超过一半的研究认为筛查效果(准确性或死亡风险降低程度)是最重要的属性,其次是筛查费用、方式等。实验设计软件以SAS为主,数据分析模型主要是混合logit和多项logit模型。结论离散选择实验已广泛应用于结直肠癌筛查偏好的研究中,但我国目前尚无此类研究,应开展相关研究,为促进癌症筛查方面的医患共同决策提供证据支持。

Objective To systematically review the studies of analyzing the stated preference for colorectal cancer screening by discrete choice experiment,summarize the main factors affecting the target population’s participation in colorectal cancer screening,summarize the experimental design and analysis the method information,and provide theoretical basis for the development of colorectal cancer screening in China.Methods Web of Science,PsycINFO,EMbase,PubMed,Scopus,CNKI and WanFang Data databases were searched online to collect the studies of colorectal cancer screening preference by discrete choice experiment.The retrieval time limit was from database establishment to December 31,2020.Results A total of 33 articles were included.More than half of the studies ranked screening effectiveness(accuracy or reducing risk of death) as the most important attribute,followed by cost and method of screening.The experimental design software mainly used SAS,and the data analysis model mainly used mixed logit and multinomial logit model.Conclusion Discrete choice experiment has been widely used in colorectal cancer screening preference,but there is no study in China.The lack of local evidence calls for future research to provide evidence for shared decision-making in cancer screening.
