三黄跌打膏外敷对大鼠急性软组织损伤的疗效

Effect of Sanhuang Dieda Ointment on Acute Soft Tissue Injury in Rats

目的 探讨三黄跌打膏外敷对大鼠急性软组织损伤的疗效。方法 购买广东斯嘉景达生物科技有限公司的SPF级SD大鼠64只,雌雄各半,体重180~220 g,其中16只SD大鼠作为正常对照组,其他大鼠均建成急性软组织损伤模型,随机分为模型对照组(n=16)、三黄跌打膏组(n=16)、狗皮膏药组(n=16),比较4组大鼠大腿周长、血液流变学指标、炎症介质水平。结果 给药第3、7天,与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大腿周长最长,三黄跌打膏组大腿周长最短,各组大腿周长比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。给药第3天,4组高切全血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板黏附率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);给药第7天,4组高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血细胞比容、血浆黏度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与其他各组比较,三黄跌打膏组大鼠第3天与第7天的血液流变学指标变化幅度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。给药第3、7天,4组白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三黄跌打膏组IL-1β、IL-6水平低于模型对照组、狗皮膏药组(P<0.05)。结论 三黄跌打膏外敷治疗大鼠急性软组织损伤效果显著,可改善其血液流变学指标,减轻炎症反应。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Sanhuang Dieda ointment on acute soft tissue injury in rats.Methods Sixty-four SPF GRADE SD rats,male and female,weighing 180~220 g,were purchased from Guangdong Sika Jingda Biotechnology Co.,LTD.,among which 16 SD rats were used as normal control group,and the rest rats were established as acute soft tissue injury model.By drawing lots,they were divided into model control group(n=16),Sanhuang Dida Ointment group(n=16)and Dog skin plaster group(n=16).The thigh circumference,hemorheology indexes and inflammatory cytokines levels of each group were compared.Results On the 3rd and 7th day after administration,there was significant difference in the thigh circumference of each group,and the thigh circumference of the model control group was the longest,and that of the Sanhuang Dieda cream group was the shortest(P<0.05).On the third day of administration,there was no significant difference in high cut whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and platelet adhesion rate among the four groups(P<0.05);On the 7th day after administration,the whole blood viscosity,hematocrit and plasma viscosity of high shear and low shear in the four groups were compared(P<0.05);Compared with other groups,the hemorheological indexes of rats in Sanhuang Dieda ointment group changed more significantly on the 3rd and 7th day(P<0.05).IL-1 in group 4 on the 3rd and 7th day of administration β、The level of IL-6 in Sanhuang Dieda plaster group was significantly higher than that in Sanhuang Dieda plaster group β、The level of IL-6 was lower than model control group、Dog skin plaster group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanhuang Dieda ointment has a significant effect on acute soft tissue injury in rats,which can improve the hemorheology index and reduce inflammation.
