于睿教授应用旋覆代赭汤治疗心房颤动伴胃食管反流病之经验探析

Analysis of Professor Yu Rui’s Experience in the Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation Associated with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction

心房颤动是一种心内科常见的心律失常疾病,多见于机体心脏、肺部器官发生器质性病变者,同时也可见于无心脏病变者。心房颤动可诱发心绞痛、心力衰竭及血栓栓塞等,影响患者生命质量的同时又可导致较高的致残率及致死率。中西医结合治疗心房颤动疗效确切且不良反应小,因而得到越来越多的重视和关注。目前,国内外研究均证实,心房颤动与胃食管反流病(GERD)关系密切,因而于睿教授在临床诊疗过程中,针对心房颤动合并GERD多采用旋覆代赭汤进行辨证施治,效果显著。本文将对其理论依据及临床验案进行阐释,以期丰富中医药治疗心房颤动的内涵。

Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia disease in cardiology.Atrial fibrillation is more common in people with qualitative changes in the body’s heart and lung organs,while it can also be seen in patients without heart disease.Atrial fibrillation can induce angina pectoris,heart failure,and thromboembolism,which affects the quality of life of patients and can lead to higher disability and mortality rates.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective in treating atrial fibrillation with small adverse reactions,so it has received more and more attention and attention.At present,domestic and foreign studies have confirmed that atrial fibrillation is closely related to gastroesophageal reflux disease.Therefore,in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,Professor Yu Rui uses Xuanfu Daizhe decoction for syndrome differentiation and treatment for atrial fibrillation combined with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Its effect is remarkable.This article will explain its theoretical basis and clinical cases,in order to enrich the connotation of Chinese medicine in treating atrial fibrillation.
