郑师“心胃同治”理论

Master Zheng’s Theory of "Heart and Stomach Simultaneous Treatment"

在临床中常见冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛、心肌梗死等心系疾病患者临床表现以胃脘疼痛为主要症状,或胸闷、胸痛、心痛为主要症状,伴胃脘不适、腹胀便溏等症状;或由于饮食不当等发病因素导致的心系疾病。在治疗过程中不仅需对心系疾病进行治疗,同时要兼顾脾胃。故郑洪新老师采用“心胃同治”法治疗心及胃相关疾病,本研究阐明了“心胃同病”与“心胃同治”的概念。对由“心胃同病”与“心胃同治”引发的生理学基础、病因病机以及在遣方用药方面中遇到的问题进行探讨。

The clinical manifestations of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,angina pectoris,myocardial infarction,and other heart diseases are common in clinical manifestations.The main symptoms are epigastric pain,or chest tightness,chest pain,and heartache as the main symptoms,accompanied by epigastric discomfort,abdominal distension,loose stools,etc.Symptoms;or heart disease caused by improper diet and other pathogenic factors.In the treatment process,the heart disease should not be treated only,and the spleen and stomach should be taken into account at the same time.Therefore,Teacher Zheng Hongxin adopts the method of "Heart and Stomach Simultaneous Treatment" to treat heart and stomach related diseases.This research clarifies the concepts of "Heart and Stomach Simultaneous Treatment" and "Heart and Stomach Simultaneous Treatment".We discuss the physiological basis,etiology and pathogenesis caused by "heart and stomach with the same disease" and "heart and stomach with treatment",as well as the problems encountered in clinical and prescription medication.
