我国菱镁矿业绿色高质量发展对策研究

Research on Green and High Quality Development Strategy of Magnesite Mining Industry in China

我国菱镁矿产资源丰富,下游应用广泛,开发利用优化空间大。本文分析了菱镁矿资源分布和整体发展情况,过去一段时期我国菱镁矿业存在无序开采导致资源综合利用率低、工艺落后绿色发展整体水平不足、低水平盲目扩张行业转型升级进展缓慢等问题,严重制约了行业的发展。针对上述问题,提出了促进菱镁矿业绿色高质量发展的对策建议:一是建设绿色智能矿山,节约集约利用菱镁资源;二是提升全流程科技水平,开发高附加值产品;三是强化产业链补链延链强链,夯实发展基础;四是提高项目准入水平,促进行业规范有序发展。

Magnesite mineral resources are abundant in China and widely used downstream,and it has a greater space for optimization in development and utilization.In this paper,the distribution and overall development of magnesite resources are analyzed.In the past period of time,there were some problems in Chinese magnesite mining industry,such as low comprehensive utilization rate of resources caused by disordered mining,backward technology and insufficient overall level of green development,and low-level blind expansion and slow progress of transformation and upgrading of the industry,which seriously restricted the development of the industry.In view of the above problems,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the green and high quality development of magnesite mining industry:firstly,build green and intelligent mine,to economically and intensively utilize magnesite resources;secondly,improve the technological level of the whole process,to develop high value-added products;thirdly,strengthen the complementary chain,extension chain and strong chain of the industrial chain,to consolidate the foundation for development;fourthly,improve the level of project access,to promote the standardized and orderly development of the industry.
