数智从业者的囚徒困境及解围之策

摘要 数智技术的更新迭代使互联网行业最先萌芽出新型的劳动形式和就业模式并吸引了大量劳动者。尽管数智行业具有超时空、低门槛、报酬高的特点,却因互联网企业囿于加速陷阱、职业追求对高强度劳动的默许、劳动法律法规的实践缺位和职业天花板的发展限制而使数智从业者发生多起过劳猝死的悲剧。其解困之策在于:营造企业间良性竞争的社会环境、倡导劳动者树立适度的职业观念、提高数智从业者的法律维权意识、增加互联网产业的岗位开发力度。 The renewal and iteration of digital and intelligent technology spurs the emergence of the new forms of labour and employment patterns in the Internet industry,which attracted a large number of workers.Although the digital intelligence industry has the characteristics of transcendence of time and space,low threshold and high remuneration,many tragedies of sudden death due to overwork have occurred in the digital intelligence industry due to the Internet enterprises being caught in the acceleration trap,the acquiescence of professional pursuit to high-intensity labor,the absence of labor laws and regulations and the development restriction of professional ceiling.Based on the analysis of the prisoner’s dilemma of workers in digital and intelligent industries,the solution lies in:creating a benign social competition environment among enterprises,advocating workers to establish appropriate professional concepts,improving the legal rights protection awareness among digital intelligence practitioners,and making more efforts to increase the posts in the Internet industry.
