从土力学理论模型和基本假设出发,分析了地基承载力和桩端阻力的异同,对载荷试验在地基基础检测应用中常见误区进行了分析,并提出了正确应用载荷试验的建议。

The similarities and differences between bearing capacity of foundation and tip resistance of pile are analyzed based on theoretical model and basic assumptions of soil mechanics.Then,after the analysis of the common mistakes in the application of load test in foundation engineering quality inspection,some suggestions on correct application of load test are put forward.
