摘要 针对我国伴生萤石资源回收存在的主要问题,开发出了适用于复杂低品位伴生萤石高效回收的萤石活化剂Z-C1、耐低温萤石捕收剂CYP-01以及复杂脉石矿物分步抑制剂Z-C2,有效解决了我国伴生萤石资源回收问题。该技术在柿竹园、郴氟公司等矿山企业已获得工业应用,并产生了显著经济效益。 For solving the main problems in recovering domestic associated fluorite resource, a combined fluorite activator(Z-C1), which is adequate for efficient recovery of complex lean associated fluorite, a low-temperature fluorite collector(CYP-01) and a depressant(Z-C2) for staged depression of complicated gauge minerals have been developed. They can be used to effectively solve the technical puzzles in recovering domestic associated fluorite. The commercial applications in Hunan Shizhuyuan Nonferrous Metal Co Ltd and Hunan Nonferrous Chenzhou Fluoride Chemical Co Ltd, indicate that this new technology has brought significant economic benefits to these enterprises.
