摘要
目的探究肾衰宁片联合左卡尼汀对慢性肾脏病3-4期患者的疗效。方法随机选取我院2019年1月至2021年1月接诊的慢性肾脏病患者100例,数字表法分为对照组50例,观察组50例。两组治疗12周后,对比两组患者疾病转归情况,测定白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、γ干扰素(INFγ)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、视黄醇结合蛋4(RBP4)、骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)、血清胱抑素-C(Cys-C)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h UTP)水平,分析临床疗效。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组IL-17、s-CRP、IFN-γ、MDA、RBP4、Cys-C、24 h UTP、BUN、SCr水平降低(P<0.05);GSH-Px、SOD、BMP-7水平升高(P<0.05)。结论肾衰宁片联合左卡尼汀治疗慢性肾脏病可使患者肾功能缓慢恢复,减轻机体的氧化应激反应及肾脏微炎症,并对肾脏功能恢复疗效明显。
Objective To explore the effect of renal attenin capsule combined with levkanetine on RBP4and BMP-7 in patients with stage 3 to 4 chronic renal disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic kidney disease hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly selected and equally divided into control groups and observation group by the digital table method.After 14 d treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interferon(INFγ),retinol-binding protein 4(RBP4),bone morphogenesis protein-7(BMP-7),serum cystatin-C(Cys-C),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(SCr),maldialaldehyde(MDA),glutathione-peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and 24 h urinary protein quantification(24 h UTP).Results After treatment,the levels of IL-17,s-CRP and IFNγ,MDA,RBP4,Cys-C,24 h UTP,BUN and SCr of the observation group were significantly lowered(P<0.05),and the levels of GSH-Px,SOD and BMP-7 were significantly elevated(P<0.05),as compared with the control group.Conclusion Renal attenin capsule combined with levkanitine kidney disease can enhance slow recovery of kidney function of patients with stage 3 to 4 chronic renal disease by reducing the oxidative stress and renal microinflammation.
