中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值与喉癌预后相关性的Meta分析

The correlation between neutrophils-to-lymphocytes ratio and the prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma:a Meta-analysis

目的采用Meta分析方法综合评价喉癌患者治疗前中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(neutrophils-to-lymphocytes ratio,NLR)对其预后的影响。方法计算机检索中英文数据库中公开发表治疗前NLR与喉癌预后相关性的研究,检索时限从建库开始至2021年2月20日。制定严格的纳入与排除标准进行文献筛选和数据提取,随后行Meta分析。结果共计纳入14篇文献,包括3544名研究对象。Meta分析结果显示NLR水平低的患者有较高的5年总生存率[HR=2.23,95%CI=1.74~2.89,P<0.05]和5年无进展存活率[HR=2.49,95%CI=1.89~3.29,P<0.05]。且随截断值的增高,喉癌患者预后明显降低。结论高水平NLR与喉癌患者预后密切相关,其可以作为一种简便有效的喉癌早期预后的关键性指标。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the influence of neutrophils to lymphocytes ratio before treatment on the prognosis of patients with laryngeal cancer.METHODS Research on the correlation between neutrophils to lymphocytes ratio before treatment and the prognosis of laryngeal cancer published in the computer search database were studied.The time for searching was from the beginning of the database to February 20,2021.Strict inclusion and exclusion criteria were used for literature screening and data extraction,then make meta-analysis.RESTLUS A total of14 articles were included,including 3544 research subjects.Meta-analysis results showed that patients with low NLR levels have a higher five-year overall survival rate[HR=2.23,95%CI=(1.14,2.89),P<0.05]and a five-year progressionfree survival rate[HR=2.49,95%CI=(1.89,3.29),P<0.05].And with the increase of the cut-off value,the prognosis of patients with laryngeal cancer was significantly worse.CONCLUSIONS High-level NLR is closely related to the poor prognosis of patients with laryngeal cancer,and it can be used as a simple and effective key indicator for the early progno sis of laryngeal cancer.
