摘要
二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)因具有多种潜在的药理活性及营养价值,在食品和医药领域都有重要的应用。然而,DHA是一种长链不饱和脂肪酸,含多个双键,其稳定性和水溶性差使其在医药领域和食品工业的应用受到很大限制。本文重点将负载DHA的药物传递系统如在纳米粒、脂质体、微乳、纳米乳、水凝胶和聚合物胶束纳米递送系统中的应用研究,以及将DHA与其他药物共同封装、寻求改善现有传递系统性能的研究进行综述,为DHA的研究和应用提供参考。
Due to the various potential pharmacological activities and nutritional value, docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) has important applications in both food and pharmaceutical fields. However, since DHA is a long-chain unsaturated fatty acid containing multiple double bonds, its stability and water solubility are relatively poor, making its application in both the pharmaceutical field and the food industry extremely limited. This article focuses on the application of nano drug delivery systems loaded with DHA, such as nanoparticles, liposomes, microemulsions, nanoemulsions, hydrogels and self-assembled micelles. The studies that co-encapsulate DHA with other drugs to improve the performance of existing delivery systems were also reviewed in order to provide reference for the research and application of DHA.
