摘要
Pickering乳液是一种以固体颗粒为稳定剂的乳液,由于其稳定性和生物相容性好,已成为近年来医药领域的研究热点。以Pickering乳液为载体口服递送药物,可以改善药物溶解度、提高药物稳定性、延长药物释放时间,解决药物口服存在的递送问题。本文综述了Pickering乳液的颗粒稳定剂和其形成过程中的关键影响因素,以及Pickering乳液近年来在口服药物递送方面的研究进展,并分析了Pickering乳液研究存在的问题,以期为Pickering乳液在口服给药中的深入研究与发展提供借鉴。
Pickering emulsion, an emulsion stabilized by solid particles, has become a research hotspot in medical and pharmaceutical fields owing to its good stability, biocompatibility, and high safety. It can improve drug solubility, enhance drug stability, and prolong drug release time to use Pickering emulsion as the oral drug delivery carrier. Therefore, Pickering emulsion has a broad application prospect. In this review, we summarize the solid particle stabilizers of Pickering emulsion and key factors influencing the fabrication of Pickering emulsion. The research progress of Pickering emulsion in oral drug delivery in recent years are presented, the problems in which were analyzed, in order to provide reference for the in-depth study and development of Pickering emulsion in oral administration.
