焊接返修工艺对钻井平台桩腿EH690合金性能的影响

摘要 海上钻井平台主要用来满足海上石油和天然气的勘探、开采工程的作业需要。桩腿是钻井平台的最大支撑部件,对钻井平台的使用寿命起着决定性的作用,其关键是焊接质量及变形量的控制。海上钻井平台桩腿常采用大厚度、高强度钢拼接而成,从而需要多层多道焊的焊接工艺,然而多层多道焊势必造成焊缝填充量增大,填充量增大进而导致复杂的焊接变形与残余应力,从而影响焊缝质量。桩腿插入海底,常年受到海水腐蚀和不可抗力等因素,桩腿难免容易出现母材或者焊缝质量等问题。希望本实验了解手工电弧焊焊接返修对桩腿镍基合金EH690性能影响,为桩腿返修提供可实施性的参考。 Offshore drilling platforms are mainly used to meet the operational needs of offshore oil and gas exploration and production projects[1].Pile leg is the largest supporting component of drilling platform,it plays a decisive role in the service life of the drilling platform.The key is the control of welding quality and deformation.The pile legs of offshore drilling platforms are often spliced with thick and high-strength steel.Therefore,the welding procedure of multi-layer and multi pass welding is required.Multi-layer and multi pass welding are bound to increase the weld filling,the increase of filling amount leads to complex welding deformation and residual stress,it affects the welding quality.The pile legs are inserted into the seabed,year after year,they are affected by seawater corrosion and force majeure.The pile legs will inevitably have problems such as base metal or welding quality.It is hoped that this experiment will understand the effect of manual arc welding repair on the properties of pile leg EH690 nickel alloy,it provides a practical reference for pile leg repair.
