艾草对肉鸡抗氧化、免疫功能以及肠道菌群的影响 被引量:6

摘要 试验旨在研究中药艾草对肉鸡抗氧化、免疫功能以及肠道菌群的影响,为开发提高肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能的饲料添加剂提供参考。选择120只120日龄罗斯308肉鸡,随机分为3组,分别为试验Ⅰ组(2%艾草+基础日粮)、试验Ⅱ组(4%艾草+基础日粮)和对照组(基础日粮),每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验期30 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,各试验组肉鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)提高,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性增加,丙二醛(MDA)的含量有所降低,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验Ⅰ组肉鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),但两试验组与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组肉鸡血清免疫球蛋白G (IgG)、免疫球蛋白A (IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)以及白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)的含量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验Ⅱ组肉鸡血清白细胞介素-1β (IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)的含量显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),但两试验组与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组肉鸡盲肠的菌落总数和乳酸菌总数均显著提高(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组肉鸡盲肠的菌落总数和乳酸菌总数均显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加艾草可提高肉鸡抗氧化和免疫功能,改善肉鸡肠道菌群,提高生产性能。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of Chinese herbal Artemisia argyi on the antioxidant,immune function and intestinal flora of broilers, and to provide reference for the development of feed additives to improve the production performance and immune function of broilers. A total of 120 120-day-old Ross 308 broilers were selected and randomly divided into three groups, namely group Ⅰ(2% Artemisia argyi + basal diet), group Ⅱ(4% Artemisia argyi+ basal diet) and control group(basal diet), with four replicates in each group and 10 broilers in each replicate. The experimental period was 30 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and catalase(CAT) activities of broiler serum in each test group were increased, and the content of dialdehyde(MDA) were decreased, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). The superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in serum of broilers in group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two test groups and control group(P>0.05). Compared with control group, the serum levels of immunoglobulin G(Ig G), immunoglobulin A(Ig A), immunoglobulin M(Ig M) and interleukin-2(IL-2) in broiler chickens in each test group were not significant(P>0.05). The levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in serum of broilers in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two test groups and control group(P>0.05).Compared with control group, the total number of bacterial colonies and lactic acid bacteria in the cecum of broilers in each test group were significantly increased(P<0.05). The total number of colonies and lactic acid bacteria in the cecum of broiler chickens in group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ(P<0.05). The study indicates that adding Artemisia argyi to the diet can improve the antioxidant and immune functions of broilers, improve the intestinal flora of broilers, and improve production performance.
