内窥镜在鸸鹋真菌性气管炎疾病诊断中的应用

圈养禽类呼吸道真菌感染病例进行明确诊断是治疗过程中的重要步骤。文章以北京动物园1例患病鸸鹋为研究对象,在内窥镜引导下,使用纤支气管活检钳于气管深部至主支气管采集气管膜附着物,并对附着物进行真菌分离培养、基因测序。结果显示,病原菌为阿萨希丝孢酵母菌及热带念珠菌。采用抗真菌药物伏立康唑与伊曲康唑联合用药,并配合雾化进行治疗。患病鸸鹋经治疗已痊愈。文章通过记录并分析患病鸸鹋的诊断方法及治疗方案,为禽类相关疾病诊断提供参考,并进一步完善园内禽类相关疾病的预防措施。

The definitive diagnosis of cases of respiratory fungal infection in captive poultry is an important step in the treatment process. The article takes a case of a sick emu in Beijing Zoo as the research object. Under the guidance of endoscope, the tracheal membrane attachments were collected from the deep trachea to the main bronchus using fiberoptic bronchial biopsy forceps, and the attachments were isolated, cultured, and sequenced. The results showed that the pathogenic bacteria were Trichospora asahi and Candida tropicalis. The antifungal drugs voriconazole and itraconazole were used in combination with nebulization for treatment. The sick emu has recovered after treatment. By recording and analyzing the diagnostic methods and treatment plans of sick emu, the paper provides a reference for the diagnosis of poultry-related diseases, and further improves the preventive measures for poultry-related diseases in the zoo.
