宫腔镜诊治稽留流产的效果分析

目的探讨宫腔镜手术在稽留流产诊治中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年9月94例应用宫腔镜技术进行诊治的稽留流产患者临床资料,记录一般临床资料、术中病情及术后随访情况.结果94例宫腔镜手术患者中有9例为宫角妊娠,4例为子宫瘢痕妊娠;术中出血量(8.8±5.2)mL,术中宫腔形态结构异常合并症发现率为70.2%;术后均无残留,阴道出血时间(9.3±2.6)d,术后5例出现经量相对减少.结论宫腔镜用于诊治稽留流产安全有效,同时能发现并处理宫腔异常合并症,值得在临床上推广应用.

Objective To evaluate the application value of hysteroscopy in the treatment of missed abortion.Methods A total of 94 patients with missed abortion treated by hysteroscopy in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.General clinical data were recorded,and the intraoperative and postoperative follow-up conditions were also documented.Results There were 9 cases of corneal pregnancy and 4 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy in 94 patients with missed abortion.The blood loss during operation was(8.8±5.2)ml,and the coexisting disease rate of uterine cavity was 70.2%.There was no intrauterine remainder after hysteroscopy operation,the time of postoperative vaginal bleeding was(9.3±2.6)days,and there were 5 cases with relatively reduced menstrual volume after hysteroscopy.Conclusion Hysteroscopy is safe and effective in the treatment of missed abortion,and it can also detect and treat some abnormal intrauterine diseases,which is worth promoting and applying in clinical.
