穴位调理护理技术对肺癌化疗相关恶心呕吐的影响

目的探讨中医整体观指导下穴位调理护理技术对肺癌化疗相关恶心呕吐(CINV)的影响.方法选择2019年6月至2021年12月肺癌患者60例,且均首次接受顺铂类化疗方案,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组30例采用化疗后常规护理;观察组30例采用中医整体观指导下穴位调理护理技术.比较两组患者CINV情况、日常营养摄入情况、患者对护理工作的满意度.结果化疗第3天,观察组患者CINV发生率与严重程度比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者日常营养摄入量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医整体观指导下穴位调理护理技术能有效减轻肺癌CINV、改善日常营养摄入量、提升患者满意度.

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint conditioning nursing appropriate technology under the guidance of the holistic view of Traditional Chinese Medicine on gastrointestinal reactions such as chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)of lung cancer.Methods From June 2019 to December 2021,60 hospitalized patients with lung cancer were selected as the research target,and all received cisplatin chemotherapy regimen for the first time.According to the random number table method,they were divided into 30 cases in the control group and received routine nursing after chemotherapy,30 cases in the observation group were treated with acupoint conditioning nursing appropriate technology under the guidance of the holistic view of TCM.The CINV,daily nutritional intake and patients'satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence and severity of CINV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups on the third day of chemotherapy(P<0.05).The daily nutrition intake of the observation group was better than that of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The appropriate technique of acupoint conditioning nursing under the guidance of the holistic view of TCM can effectively relieve CINV of lung cancer,improve daily nutrition intake and enhance patient satisfaction.
