远程照护管理平台在妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗间歇期居家护理的应用

目的探讨远程照护管理平台在妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗间歇期居家护理中的应用.方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月妇科恶性肿瘤患者100例,按随机数字表法分观察组与对照组,各50例.对照组患者在化疗间歇期接受常规出院宣教,观察组患者在化疗间歇期接受常规出院宣教+远程照护管理平台管理.比较两组患者干预前、干预后1个月不良心理状态、自我护理能力、遵医行为状况以及满意度.结果干预后1个月,两组患者焦虑抑郁量表HADS评分均明显降低,且观察组HADS. A、HADS. D评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后1个月,两组患者自我护理能力ESCA评分均明显提高,且观察组ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者医嘱依从性94.00%高于对照组74.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者化疗间隙期护理满意度96.00%高于对照组78.00%(P<0.05).结论远程照护管理平台在妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗间歇期居家护理中的应用效果确切,可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心理状态,提高居家自我护理能力和医嘱依从性,进而有利提升护理满意度.

Objective To study the application of remote care management platform in home care of patients with gynecological malignant tumors during chemotherapy intermittent period.Methods 100 cases of gynecological malignant tumor patients admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were received routine discharge education during the intermittent period of chemotherapy,and the patients in the experimental group were received routine discharge education+remote care management platform management during the intermittent period of chemotherapy.The poor mental state,self-care ability,compliance behavior and satisfaction degree of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results 1 month after intervention,the HADS scores of the anxiety and depression scale of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the HADS.A and HADS.D scores of the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),1 month after intervention,the ESCA scores of the two groups of patients'self-care ability were significantly improved,and the ESCA scores of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of patients in the experimental group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 74.00%(37/50)in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 96.00%(48/50)in the interval between chemotherapy,which was higher than 78.00%(39/50)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The remote care management platform has a definite application effect in home care of patients with gynecological malignant tumors during chemotherapy.It can effectively improve patients'anxiety,depression and other unhealthy mental states,improve home self-care ability and compliance with doctors’orders,and thus help improve nursing satisfaction.
