支被架护理对带状疱疹性神经痛患者常规治疗的优化效果

Optimized effects of blanket support on the conventional treatment for the patients with herpes zoster neuralgia

目的评价支被架对带状疱疹性神经痛患者常规治疗的优化效果。方法收集2017年1月至2019年6月在山西白求恩医院疼痛科住院的带状疱疹性神经痛患者80例,性别不限,年龄50~75岁,病程小于1个月。采用随机数字表法将其随机分为无支被架组(C组)和支被架组(D组),每组各40例。C组采用常规药物治疗,D组在常规治疗基础上加用支被架护理。观察两组患者入院时,治疗后3、7 d,出院时及出院后1、3个月时的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、疼痛面积、疱疹(或结痂)面积、普瑞巴林日用量,记录住院时间、出院时满意度及椎旁神经阻滞次数。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后各时点VAS评分、疼痛面积、疱疹面积均减小(P均<0.05);与C组比较,D组治疗后各时点疼痛面积、疱疹(或结痂)面积更小,普瑞巴林日用量更少(P均<0.05)。D组患者住院时间明显短于C组(P<0.05);D组患者出院时满意度明显高于C组[(92.5±6.7)%比(71.2±7.5)%,P<0.05];D组患者椎旁神经阻滞次数明显少于C组[(3.5±0.5)次比(5.6±0.4)次,P<0.05]。结论支被架护理可以优化带状疱疹性神经痛患者常规治疗的效果。

Objective To evaluate the optimized effects of the blanket support on the conventional treatment of patients with herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods Eighty patients with herpes zoster neuralgia in the Department of Pain Medicine,Shanxi Bethune Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019,both sexes,aged 50-75 years old,the diseased course<1 month,were collected and randomly divided into two groups,control group(group C)and blanket support group(group D),40 cases in each group.Patients received conventional drug treatment in group C,while patients received additional blanket support in group D.VAS,pain area,herpes(or scab)area and daily dosage of pregabalin were observed at admission,3 and 7 days after the treatment,discharge time,1 and 3 months after discharge.Hospital stay,satisfaction at discharge and the times of paravertebral nerve block were recorded.Results Compared with pre-treatment,VAS,pain area and herpes area were decreased at each time point after the treatment in the two groups(all P<0.05).Compared with group C,the pain area and herpes area were smaller,and daily dosage of pregabalin was less at each time point in group D(all P<0.05).The hospital stay was significantly shorter in group D than that in group C(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients was significantly higher in group D than that in group C at discharge[(92.5±6.7)%vs.(71.2±7.5)%,P<0.05].The times of paravertebral nerve block was significantly less in group D than that in group C[(3.5±0.5)times vs.(5.6±0.4)times,P<0.05].Conclusion The blanket support can optimize the effects of conventional treatment of patients with herpes zoster neuralgia.
