高电压脉冲射频治疗神经病理性疼痛的研究进展

Research progress of high voltage pulsed radiofrequency therapy for the treatment of neuropathic pain

神经病理性疼痛(NP)的治疗措施众多,但有各自的局限性。脉冲射频因其操作方便、安全有效、微创、并发症少等优点,受到了国内外学者的关注和应用。该技术参数设置不同,临床效果也存在差异。其中高电压脉冲射频的应用有较为明显的优势。本文就高电压脉冲射频治疗慢性NP的实验研究及临床应用现状作一系统综述。

The treatment methods of neuropathic pain are various,but all has its own limitations.Due to the advantages of minimal invasive therapy,pulsed radiofrequency attracts the attention of scholars globally,and has been applied widely.Clinical effects varies on its different parameters,among which the application of high voltage pulsed radiofrequency shows obvious advantages.This paper reviewed the experimental research and clinical application of high voltage pulsed radiofrequency in the treatment of chronic neuropathic pain.
