血浆生长分化因子15在帕金森中的诊断价值及与临床分期的相关性研究 被引量:1

Study on the diagnostic value of plasma growth differentiation factor 15 (GDF-15) in Parkinson’s disease and its correlation with clinical stage

摘要 目的 探讨血浆生长分化因子15(Growth differentiation factor 15,GDF-15)在帕金森中的诊断价值及与临床分期的相关性。方法 选择2020年10月至2021年6月期间徐州医科大学附属医院的60例PD患者作为研究组,另外选择于徐州医科大学附属医院体检中心进行体检的100例健康者作为对照组。对照组与研究组入选对象于清晨空腹状态下抽取静脉血。GDF-15水平采用酶联免疫吸附法进行测定分析。比较对照组与研究组血浆GDF-15水平、MMSE及MoCA评分、PD患者MMSE及MoCA评分与血浆GDF-15水平相关性。结果 (1)研究组血浆GDF-15水平显著高于对照组,且随着病情的加重,患者血浆GDF-15水平显著升高(P均<0.05);(2)研究组MMSE及MoCA评分显著小于对照组,且随着病情的加重,患者MMSE及MoCA评分显著下降(P均<0.05);(3)经相关性分析,PD患者MMSE及MoCA评分与血浆GDF-15水平呈负相关性(r值分别为-0.9165、-0.7645,P均<0.05)。结论血浆GDF-15对PD具有一定的临床诊断价值,其与H-Y分期呈正相关性,与神经功能评分呈负相关性,能够为PD的临床诊疗提供一定的依据。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of plasma Growth differentiation factor 15(GDF-15)in Parkinson’s disease and its correlation with clinical stage.Methods A total of 60PD patients in our hospital from October 2020to June 2021were selected as the study group,and 100healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as the control group.The subjects in the control group and the study group were extracted 5.0ml of venous blood on an fasting basis in the morning,centrifuged at 2500rpm for 15min,and the upper plasma was collected and stored at-80℃for measurement.GDF-15levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Plasma GDF-15levels,MMSE and MOCA scores were compared between the control group and the study group,and the correlation between MMSE and MOCA scores in PD patients and plasma GDF-15levels was compared.Results (1)The plasma GDF-15level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and with the aggravation of the disease,the plasma GDF-15level of the patients was significantly increased(ALL P<0.05).(2)The MMSE and MOCA scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and with the progression of the disease,the MMSE and MOCA scores of the patients were significantly decreased(both P<0.05).(3)According to correlation analysis,MMSE and MoCA scores of PD patients were negatively correlated with plasma GDF-15level(R values were-0.9165and-0.7645,respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma GDF-15has certain clinical diagnostic value for PD,which is positively correlated with H-Y staging and negatively correlated with neurological function score,and can provide certain basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of PD.
