New thinking on improving energy efficiency technology in tire factories under the new situation

摘要 我国政府承诺到2030年前CO排放达到峰值,努力争取2060年前实现碳中和。为响应和落实这个号召,国家发改委近期印发了《完善能源消费强度和总量双控制度方案》,国家标准委也于近日委托中橡协对轮胎行业进行能源消耗调研,并在此基础上,组织对《轮胎工厂单位产品综合能耗限额(GB29449-2012)》进行修订,进一步压缩能源消耗控制标准。 The Chinese government promises to peak COemissions by 2030 and strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.In response to and implementing this call,the National Development and Reform Commission recently issued the Plan for Improving the Dual Control System of Energy Consumption Intensity and Total Volume.The National Standards Committee also recently commissioned the China Rubber Association to conduct energy consumption research on the tire industry,and on this basis,revised the Comprehensive Energy Consumption Limits per Unit Product of Tire Factories (GB29449-2012) to further compress the energy consumption control standards.
