连续管钻井用伸缩式门型井架研制及应用 被引量:2

摘要 已有的连续管钻井用门型井架无法同时满足国内道路运输条件和国内侧钻作业承载要求。为此,基于LZ900/73-3500型连续管复合钻机运输条件和工况要求,通过结构创新设计、有限元分析、厂内载荷测试并结合现场试验,研制出2级伸缩式门型井架。测试和试验结果表明,井架设计最大钩载1125 kN,可以实现井架和注入头的一体化输运,以及连续管钻井和常规管柱钻井起升系统之间的快速转换。井架上装后整车高4.5 m,宽3.0 m,满足国内大部分道路运输条件要求,运移性和承载能力均满足现场作业需求。该井架的研制成功可为我国连续管钻井装备的完善配套,以及钻井工艺的发展与推广应用提供装备支撑。 The existing door-type derricks for coiled tubing drilling(CTD)cannot meet road transportation conditions and sidetracking load requirements in China.To solve this problem,according to the transportation conditions and working conditions of LZ900/73-3500 compound coiled tubing rig,a two-stage telescopic door-type derrick was developed after innovative structural design,finite element analysis,in-plant load test and field test.The test results show that the maximum hook load of the derrick is designed to be 1125 kN,it is sufficient to realize the integrated transportation of the derrick and the injection head,as well as the rapid conversion between the lifting systems of coiled tubing drilling and conventional drilling.After the derrick is loaded on truck,the overall height is 4.5 m and the width is 3.0 m,which can meet the requirements of most Chinese road transportation conditions,and its mobility and carrying capacity can meet the requirements of on-site.The development of this derrick provides support for the improvement of coiled tubing rig,as well as the development and application of coiled tubing drilling techniques.
