头孢西丁钠联合阿奇霉素治疗老年支气管肺炎的价值分析

Value Analysis of Cefoxitin Sodium Combined with Azithromycin in Treatment of Elderly Bronchial Pneumonia

目的:分析在老年支气管肺炎患者的临床治疗中采用头孢西丁钠联合阿奇霉素方案的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月金昌市第一人民医院收治的80例老年支气管肺炎患者作为研究对象,经双盲法将其分为试验组与对照组,各40例。对照组应用头孢西丁钠治疗,试验组在此基础上联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组患者的临床相关指标、炎症因子指标与不良反应发生率。结果:试验组患者的肺部啰音消失时间、体温恢复时间、呼吸道症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的血清白介素-6、血清白介素-4、γ干扰素均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在老年支气管肺炎患者的临床治疗中,应用头孢西丁钠联合阿奇霉素治疗效果显著,可改善患者体内炎症情况,药物不良反应发生率比较低,应用价值高,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the treatment effect of cefoxitin sodium combined with azithromycin in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with bronchial pneumonia.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with bronchial pneumonia in Jinchang First People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefoxitin sodium,and the experimental group is treated with azithromycin on this basis.The clinical related indexes,inflammatory factor indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The disappearance time of pulmonary rales,body temperature recovery time,and respiratory symptoms remission time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum interleukin-6,serum interleukin-4 and gamma interferon of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of elderly patients with bronchial pneumonia,the application of cefoxitin sodium combined with azithromycin is effective,which can improve the inflammation in vivo,with low incidence of adverse drug reactions and high application value,which is worthy of promotion.
