浓缩生长因子在慢性根尖周炎患者即刻种植中的应用效果

Application Effect of Concentrated Growth Factor in Immediate Implantation of Patients with Chronic Apical Periodontitis

目的:分析浓缩生长因子(CGF)在慢性根尖周炎患者即刻种植中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年3月徐州市睢宁县人民医院收治的74例慢性根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,根据奇偶数法分为两组,各37例。患者均行即刻种植术,对照组应用Bio-oss骨粉,试验组在对照组基础上应用CGF。比较两组唇侧新生骨厚度、疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分及术后并发症发生率。结果:试验组患者术后6、9及12个月的唇侧新生骨厚度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术前及术后12个月NRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而两组术后12个月NRS评分均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性根尖周炎患者即刻种植术中应用CGF,有助于新骨再生,可在一定程度上减少并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective: To analyze the application effect of concentrated growth factor (CGF) on immediate implantation of chronic periapical periodontitis patients. Methods: From January 2019 to March 2020, 74 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis in People's Hospital of Suining County of Xuzhou City were selected as the study subjects. According to the parity method, they were divided into two groups, with 37 cases in each group. All patients underwent immediate implantation, the control group was treated with Bio-oss bone powder, and the experimental group was treated with CGF on the basis of the control group. The thickness of new labial bone, the pain numeric rating scale (NRS) score and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The thickness of new labial bone in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group at 6, 9 and 12 months after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the NRS scores between the two groups before and 6 months after the operation (P>0.05);while the NRS scores of the two groups at 12 months after the operation were lower than those before the operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of CGF in the immediate implantation of patients with chronic apical periodontitis is helpful for new bone regeneration and can reduce the incidence of complications to a certain extent, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
