口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体的效果观察

Effect Observation of Applying Zirconia Restorations in Prosthodontics

目的:探讨口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体的效果。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年4月于东海县人民医院进行口腔修复的84例患者作为观察对象,按照修复体材料的不同分为两组。对照组38例,应用镍铬合金修复体;观察组46例,应用二氧化锆修复体。比较两组患者的修复效果、咀嚼能力、牢固程度、美观程度及口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)评分,并于治疗前后测定两组患者龈沟液肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咀嚼能力评分、牢固程度评分及美观程度均高于对照组,OHIP-14评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组TNF-α水平及IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α水平及IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二氧化锆修复体的应用效果较好,可改善口腔修复患者牙齿功能及口腔美观程度,缓解牙龈炎症,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of applying zirconia restorations in prosthodontics.Methods:A total of 84 patients who underwent oral prosthodontics in Donghai County People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the different prosthetic materials.The 38 cases in the control group were applied with nickel-chromium alloy restorations;46 cases in the observation group were applied with zirconia restorations.The repair effect,masticatory ability,firmness,aesthetics and oral health impact scale(OHIP-14)scores were compared between the two groups,and the gingival crevicular fluid tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels were measured in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The masticatory ability score,firmness score and aesthetic degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the OHIP-14 score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of zirconia restoration is good,it can improve the dental function and oral aesthetics of patients with prosthodontics,and relieve gingival inflammation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
