地塞米松注射液鼓室内注射联合高压氧治疗老年突发性聋的效果观察

Effect Observation of Intratympanic Dexamethasone Injection Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen for Treatment of Sudden Deafness in Elderly

目的:观察地塞米松注射液鼓室内注射联合高压氧治疗老年突发性聋的效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年12月华中科技大学协会深圳医院收治的205例老年突发性聋患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组102例,实施地塞米松注射液鼓室内注射治疗;观察组103例,实施地塞米松注射液鼓室内注射联合高压氧治疗。比较两组血液流变学指标及治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度及血小板聚集率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度及血小板聚集率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对突发性聋患者应用地塞米松注射液鼓室内注射联合高压氧治疗,效果显著,可降低血液黏稠度,减轻血小板聚集程度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of intratympanic injection of dexamethasone injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of sudden deafness in elderly patients.Methods:A total of 205 elderly patients with sudden deafness admitted to Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects and randomized into an observation group and a control group.The control group(102 cases)implemented intratympanic injection of dexamethasone injection,and the observation group(103 cases)implemented intratympanic injection of dexamethasone injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Treatment effects and hemorheological indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in the observation were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The intratympanic injection of dexamethasone injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen is significantly effective in the treatment of elderly patients with sudden deafness.It can reduce blood viscosity and reduce the degree of platelet aggregation,which is worthy of popularization and application.
