系统化护理在宫外孕腹腔镜术后患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Systematic Nursing in Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy After Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:探讨系统化护理在宫外孕腹腔镜术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2020年4月山东省东营市广饶县人民医院收治的84例宫外孕患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为两组,各42例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施系统化护理。对比两组护理满意度、恢复情况、术后疼痛及并发症情况。结果:观察组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后12 h、24 h及48 h的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组导管留置时间、术后排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统化护理应用于宫外孕腹腔镜术后患者的效果显著,可提高患者满意度,缩短患者术后恢复时间,缓解疼痛,降低并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of systematic nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 84 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in Guangrao County People's Hospital of Dongying City in Shandong Province from May 2017 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received systematic nursing.The nursing satisfaction,recovery,postoperative pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores in the observation group at 12 h,24 h and 48 h after operation were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The catheter indwelling time,postoperative exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic nursing for ectopic pregnancy patients after laparoscopic surgery has remarkable effect,improves patient satisfaction,shortens postoperative recovery time,relieves pain,and reduces the incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
