优质护理对甲状腺功能失调患者的应用效果观察

Observation of Application Effect of High-Quality Nursing in Thyroid Dysfunction Patients

目的:探讨优质护理对甲状腺功能失调患者的应用效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年8月新泰市人民医院内分泌科收治的100例甲状腺功能失调患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、护理满意度、自我护理能力评分与生活质量评分。结果:试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组自我护理能力评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对甲状腺功能失调患者实施优质护理,可降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,改善患者自我护理能力及生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective : To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in patients with thyroid dysfunction. Methods:From Abstract2019 to August 2020, 100 patients with thyroid dysfunction who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,Xintai People’s Hospital were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received high-quality nursing. The incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction, self-care ability scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results: The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of self-care ability and quality of life of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementing high-quality nursing for patients with thyroid dysfunction can reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and improve patients’ self-care ability and quality of life, which is worthy of popularization and application.
