针对性疼痛护理干预对重症监护室疼痛新生儿的应用效果

Application Effect of Targeted Pain Nursing Intervention in Intensive Care Unit Neonates with Pain

目的:探讨针对性疼痛护理干预对重症监护室新生儿的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1-10月广东省揭阳市普宁市人民医院新生儿重症监护室收治的90例疼痛患儿作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。观察组实施针对性疼痛护理干预,对照组实施常规护理,对比两组症状改善时间、疼痛控制时间、重症监护时间、应激反应发生率、新生儿疼痛(NIPS)评分、体质量及家属满意度。结果:观察组症状改善时间、疼痛控制时间、重症监护时间均短于对照组,应激反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿出科时NIPS评分低于对照组,体质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对护理的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为新生儿疼痛患儿开展重症监护时,给予其针对性疼痛护理干预,可强化护理效果,缓解疼痛,缩短重症监护时间,提高患儿家属的护理满意度,建议推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of targeted pain nursing intervention in neonates of intensive care unit.Methods:From January to October in 2020,90 children with pain admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Puning People's Hospital of Jieyang City in Guangdong Province were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was given targeted pain nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing.The symptom improvement time,pain control time,intensive care time,incidence of stress response,neonatal pain(NIPS)score,body weight and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The symptom improvement time,pain control time,and intensive care time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of stress reaction was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NIPS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the body weight was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The family satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When intensive care is carried out for neonates with pain,targeted pain nursing intervention can strengthen the nursing effect,relieve pain,shorten the time of intensive care,and improve the family satisfaction of nursing.It is recommended to be promoted.
