医用三氧疗法联合针对性护理干预对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的应用效果

Application Effect of Medical Trioxygen Therapy Combined with Targeted Nursing Intervention in Patients with Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:探讨医用三氧疗法联合针对性护理干预对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年11月于北京市丰台区铁营医院接受医用三氧疗法治疗的80例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者作为研究对象,经整群随机化分组法分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施针对性护理,比较两组疼痛视觉模拟评分表(VAS)评分、痛阈值、痛情绪评分以及满意度。结果:干预前,两组患者VAS评分、痛阈值和痛情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组VAS评分、痛情绪评分均低于对照组,痛阈值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预能够有效提高医用三氧疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的痛阈值,改善患者疼痛症状和痛情绪,提高患者满意度,具有重要的临床指导意义。

Objective: To explore the application effect of medical trioxygen therapy combined with targeted nursing intervention in patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: From October 2018 to November 2020, 80 patients with postherpetic neuralgia who received medical trioxygen therapy in Beijing Fengtai District Tieying Hospital were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into two groups by cluster randomization group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given targeted nursing. The visual analogue scale (VAS) score, pain threshold, pain emotion score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the VAS score, pain threshold and pain emotion score between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the VAS score and pain emotion score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the pain threshold was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve the pain threshold of patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated by medical trioxygen therapy, improve the pain symptoms and pain emotion of patients, and improve patient satisfaction, which has important clinical guiding significance.
