摘要
为评估挖掘机液压散热系统的性能,提高液压散热系统的匹配效率,降低试制成本,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术对挖掘机液压散热系统设计之初进行预测;建立了挖掘机散热系统的三维模型,导入mesh中对其进行网格划分,并在fluent中设置边界条件进行仿真模拟;仿真分析了挖掘机散热系统的压力、速度、温度分布云图,得出了进入散热器的流量大小、风扇噪声值。此仿真分析对提高液压散热系统风扇的匹配、导风罩的设计以及散热芯片的设计具有指导意义,为散热系统的论证提供科学的理论依据。
In order to evaluate the performance of excavator heat dissipation system,improve the matching efficiency of hydraulic heat dissipation system and reduce the trial production cost,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology is used to predict the design of excavator heat dissipation system,a three-dimensional model of excavator heat dissipation system is established,meshed in mesh,and boundary conditions are set in fluent for simulation. The pressure,speed and temperature distribution cloud diagram of the excavator heat dissipation system are simulated and analyzed,and the flow into the radiator and the fan noise value are obtained. This simulation analysis has guiding significance for improving the matching of the excavator heat dissipation system,the design of the air guide cover and the design of the heat dissipation chip,and provides a scientific theoretical and numerical basis for the demonstration of the heat dissipation system.
