摘要 为响应黄陵矿业电厂所在地区烟气排放限值的要求,对电厂现役2×240 t/h CFB锅炉进行了脱硝系统优化改造。主要阐述了锅炉采用低氮燃烧改造和选择性非催化还原(SNCR)系统改造,对锅炉NO_(x)排放进行深度治理,改造完成后进行性能试验。结果表明:采用低氮燃烧和SNCR系统改造的方案达到了预期效果,保证了锅炉出口烟气中NO_(x)浓度排放达标。 In order to respond to the requirements of flue gas emission limits in the area where Huangling Mining Power Plant is located,the denitrification system of two 240 t/h CFB boilers in service in the power plant is optimized and reformed.The boiler adopts low nitrogen combustion transformation and selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)system transformation to carry out in-depth treatment of boiler NO_(x)emission.After the transformation,the performance test is carried out,and the results show that:the scheme of low nitrogen combustion and SNCR system transformation has achieved the expected effect,ensuring that the NO_(x)concentration in the flue gas of the boiler outlet meets the standard.
