摘要
矢量控制与直接转矩控制是指对2种高功率永磁同步电机(PMSM)的直接转矩控制,在现实中已经获得了普遍运用。详细分析了2种控制算法:在动态条件下,通过数字信号转速和扭矩的数值波形,对2种转向策略的结构进行了比较和测试。实验结果表明:在PMSM中,2种控制方法以及运动特性都具有良好的动态效果。但是参数的变化并不容易直接影响转矩控制系统,因此其动作特征也比直接矢量控制器更为突出。
Vector control and direct torque control,which refer to direct torque control of two kinds of high-power permanent magnet synchronous motors,have been widely used in reality. The following two control algorithms are analyzed in detail. In the dynamic state,digital waveforms of speed and torque are provided,as well as digital waveforms of speed and torque. The structures of these two steering strategies are compared and tested. The experimental results show that the two control methods and motion characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor have good dynamic effects. However,the change of parameters is not easy to directly affect the torque control system,so its action characteristics are more prominent than those of direct vector controller.
