摘要
防水整理是纺织品的一项重要功能整理,含氟防水剂可以赋予织物优异的防水性能,但是具有难以降解、生物累积性高、毒性大等问题,已经被禁止应用于纺织品的功能整理中,开发和应用无氟防水剂具有重要意义。针对一种不含氟的防水剂在涤纶织物上的应用性能进行研究,经过整理后,涤纶织物具有良好的防水性能,同时具有较好的耐洗性,在经过30次水洗后,仍然保持良好的防水性能。
Water repellent finishing is an important functional finishing. Fluorine-containing water repellent can give fabrics excellent waterproof performance, but it has many problems such as difficult degradation,high bioaccumulation and multi toxicity. It has been banned in the functional finishing of textiles. It is of great significance to develop and apply fluorine-free waterproof agent. The application performance of a kind of fluorine-free water repellent on polyester fabric was studied. After finishing, the polyester fabric had good waterproof performance and good washing resistance. After 30 times of washing, it still maintained good waterproof performance.
