《伤寒论》中消渴的诠释学研究

Hermeneutic Study on Diabetes Illustrated in Shang Han Lun

消渴内涵指代有三,一为症状,二为病因病机,三为病名。诠释学是一门关于理解和解释的哲学分支学科,包括文本部分与文本整体的循环,文本和作者的循环,文本的历史时代与读者的视域循环三个方面。运用诠释学方法研究《伤寒论》中消渴可知,《伤寒论》消渴与单纯的口渴症状不同,而是指口渴、小便不利的症状群,亦可以称之为“消渴证”,类似于《诸病源候论》中消渴候的概念,与《伤寒论》中的“蓄血证”症状群包括发狂(如狂)、少腹满、小便自利等基本一致。

Diabetes has three connotations, in which one is the symptom, the other is the etiology and pathogenesis, and the third is the name of the disease.Hermeneutics is a philosophical branch of understanding and interpretation, including three aspects, namely, the cycling of parts of the text and the whole text, the cycling of the text and the author as well as the cycling of the historical era of the text and the reader′s horizon.In the study the symptoms of diabetes in Shang Han Lun by using hermeneutics, it can be seen that the symptom of diabetes in Shang Han Lun is different from the thirst symptom and it refers to a group of symptoms of thirst and difficult urinating, which can also be called "diabetes syndrome".It is similar to the concept of Xiaoke Hou illustrated in Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun,and it is basically the same as the symptom group of "blood storage syndrome" in Shang Han Lun,which includs madness(such as mania),fullness in the abdomen, difficult urination, etc.
