腰痛的“经脉病”与“经筋病”辨析

腰痛的“经脉病”是在本经循行的基础上,偏重经脉之气变动而导致的气血异常,且有可供临床辨别的本经证候。腰痛的“经筋病”特点是在经筋循行的基础上,偏重肌肉、关节的病理反应。临证分析腰痛时要拓宽思考维度,扩选治疗方式。腰痛“经脉病”多因气血之虚实致病,可根据气血的盛衰采用“补虚泻实”针法,当经脉瘀滞,不通则痛,也可采用刺血疗法。在治疗“经筋病”时,经筋不通,难以解结,可用理筋手法,还可选用艾灸、拔罐等方式解除结筋病灶点,进而调节腰部气血。

The"meridian disease"of lumbago is due to the Qi and Blood abnormal,which is caused by the change of Qi in the meridians based on the circulation of the meridians,and there are syndromes of the meridian that can be identified clinically.The"meridian tendon disease"of lumbago is characterized by the pathological reaction of muscles and joints on the basis of the circulation of the meridians and tendons.In the clinical analysis of low back pain,the dimension of thinking should be broadened and the treatment methods should be expanded.The"meridian disease"of lumbago is mostly caused by the deficiency and excess of Qi and Blood.According to the rise and fall of Qi and Blood,the acupuncture method of"replenishing deficiency and reducing excess"can be used,when the meridians are stagnant,and the pain is caused by stagnation,blood pricking therapy can also be used.However,in treatment of meridian tendon disease",when the meridians and tendons are blocked and it is difficult to unblock,the tendon manipulative technique can also be used.Additionally,moxibustion,cupping,and other methods can also be used to relieve the focal point of the knotted tendons,and then adjust the Qi and Blood of the waist.
