基于隐结构模型分析中成药治疗痹证用药规律

Medical Rules of Chinese Patent Medicine in Treating Arthralgia Syndrome Based on Latent Structure Model

目的:分析中成药治疗痹证的种类,探讨治疗痹证的用药特点和配伍规律。方法:筛选《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版所收载治疗痹证的中成药,将相关信息完整录入Excel表格,对药物名称进行规范,采用Lantern3.2统计软件构建治疗痹证中成药药物的隐结构模型,运用中医药学理论对其进行诠释。结果:共纳入中成药63种,涉及药物194味,用药总频次690次,频次≥5次的高频药物42味,前10位分别是当归、防风、甘草、独活、乳香、牛膝、红花、没药、苍术、川牛膝;组方以活血化瘀祛风湿为主,随证配伍补虚药、解表药、理气药以及利水渗湿药等;以42味高频药物作为显变量构建隐结构模型,得到4个隐变量。结论:中成药治疗痹证多以祛风湿活血化瘀药为主,药物的隐结构模型从不同侧面反映了痹证中成药的用药规律。

Objective: To analyze the types of Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of Arthralgia, and to explore the drug characteristics and compatibility rules for the treatment of Arthralgia.Methods: Screen the Chinese patent medicines in the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome, enter the relevant information into the EXCEL form, and standardize the drug names.And the Lantern3.2 statistical software was used to construct the latent structure model of Chinese patent medicine for treating arthralgia syndrome, and it was interpreted using the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: A total of 63 Chinese patent medicines were included, involving 194 medicines, with a total frequency of 690 times, and 42 high-frequency medicines with a frequency of ≥5 times.The top 10 are Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Duhuo(Radix Angelicae Pubescentis),Ruxiang(Olibanum),Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),Honghua(Flos Carthami),Moyao(Myrrha),Cangzhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis),and Chuanniuxi(Radix Cyathulae).The prescription is mainly based on Blood-activating and removing Blood stasis to dispel rheumatism, tonic drugs, anti-epidemics, Qi regulating drugs, and diuretic and dampening drugs are compatible with the syndrome.A latent structure model was constructed with 42 high-frequency drugs as explicit variables, and 4 latent variables were obtained.Conclusion: Most of the Chinese patent medicines for treating arthralgia syndrome are mainly medicines for dispelling rheumatism, promoting Blood circulation, and removing Blood stasis.The hidden structure model of medicines reflects the medication rules of Chinese patent medicines for arthralgia syndrome from different aspects.
