摘要
基于1台量产增压汽油机,采用分别在节气门前后进行补气的试验方法,分析了小负荷(节气门开度20%)、中等负荷(40%节气门开度)和全负荷(100%节气门开度)3种工况下,不同位置补气技术对发动机性能的影响。结果表明:节气门前后补气可以增加发动机转矩,小负荷时节气门后补气技术,转矩可增加约30%,但是补气技术导致发动机爆震加剧,燃油消耗增大。
Based on the volume-production turbocharged gasoline engine,the paper presented the effects of air make-up front and rear the throttle on the engine performance under three working conditions,respectively,low load(throttle opening 20%),medium load(throttle opening 40%)and full load(throttle opening 100%).The results show that the engine torque increases by air make-up front and rear throttle.Especially,the torque increases by about 30%for the low load using rear throttle air supplementary.However,the air make-up technology results in deteriorating the fuel consumption and knocking.
